Networth Manager account and data deletion request instructions

This page explains how users of Worthio by Networth Manager can request deletion of their account and associated data.

1. How to Request Deletion

  1. Open the app and use the in-app Delete My Account control from the account area if you still have access to your account.
  2. If you have lost access to your login, email worthio-escalation@nexralabs.in and use the subject line Account Deletion Request - Worthio.
  3. Include your registered mobile number and, if available, the email address linked to the account.
  4. For email-based deletion requests, we may ask you to complete a verification step to confirm that the request was made by the account owner.

4. Retention Period for Kept Data

Where retention is required, the retained records are kept only for the minimum period reasonably necessary for security, billing, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Our current target retention window for such limited records is up to 180 days after deletion request completion, unless a longer period is required by law or an active dispute, fraud review, or payment reconciliation is in progress.

5. Processing Timeline

For in-app deletion, active account data is removed as part of the supported account flow. For email-based deletion requests, we target initial response within 15 working days and aim to complete deletion within a reasonable operational period once ownership is verified.
